VolvoAssistance-TH แอปพลิเคชั่นใหม่บนมือถือจาก บริษัท วอลโว่ คาร์ ประเทศไทย จำกัด เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการใช้บริการช่วยเหลือฉุกเฉินบนท้องถนน เมื่อคุณประสบเหตุฉุกเฉินเกี่ยวกับรถยนต์ เพียงแค่เปิดแอปพลิเคชั่นนี้ แล้วกดปุมเพื่อขอความช่วยเหลือ รายละเอียดต่างๆ เช่น ตำแหนงที่เกิดเหตุ หมายเลขทะเบียนรถยนต์ และข้อมูลสมาชิกของคุณ จะถูกส่งมาที่ศูนย์บริการช่วยเหลือฉุกเฉิน และเจ้าหน้าที่ของเราจะประสานงานกับช่างผู้ชำนาญการ ออกไปให้ความช่วยเหลือคุณในทันที โดยคุณสามารถตรวจสอบระยะทางระหว่างคุณและช่างของเราได้ เพื่อให้คุณมั่นใจได้ว่าช่างผู้ชำนาญกำลังเดินทางไปช่วยเหลือคุณอย่างทันท่วงที
นอกจากนี้แอพพลิเคชั่นของเรายังมีบริการอื่นๆ ที่เป็นเสมือนเพื่อนคู่ใจระหว่างการเดินทางของคุณ
“Find My Car” คุณเคยไหมที่ต้องใช้เวลาเดินหารถของคุณอยู่นาน เพราะลืมตำแหน่งที่จอดรถ แอปพลิเคชั่นนี้จะช่วยระบุตำแหน่งที่จอดรถให้คุณได้เสมือนมีเครื่องช่วยจำ ให้คุณสบายใจและไม่ต้องเสียเวลาในการเดินหารถของคุณอีกต่อไป
“Service center” ช่วยให้คุณหาตำแหน่ง เส้นทาง และข้อมูลการให้บริการ รวมถึงเลขหมายโทรศัพท์เพื่อติดต่อศูนย์บริการวอลโว่ทั่วประเทศ
“Traffic report” อัพเดทสถานะการจราจร ช่วยให้คุณสามารถหลีกเลี่ยงเส้นทางที่มีการจราจรแออัด และสามารถวางแผนการเดินทางให้คุณไปถึงจุดหมายได้อย่างรวดเร็วขึ้น
“Point of Interest” คือ ข้อมูลสถานที่น่าสนใจรอบๆ ตัวคุณ พร้อมทั้งเส้นทางไปยังสถานที่นั้น ไม่ว่าจะเป็น ปั้มน้ำมัน ธนาคาร โรงพยาบาล
ร้านอาหาร ห้างสรรพสินคา และอื่นๆอีกมากมาย
“Facebook” และ “Website” จะเป็นอีกช่องทางที่ให้คุณสามารถติดตามข่าวสารล่าสุดเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ แคมเปญการขาย แคมเปญหลังการขาย และกิจกรรมต่างๆจาก บริษัท วอลโว่ ประเทศไทย จำกัด

VolvoAssistance-TH is a new application for Volvo owners. It is designed to give Volvo owners an added level of safety and convenience while on the road. This user friendly application makes requesting and receiving Roadside Assistance extremely simple.
In the event of any vehicle breakdown,
• Simply open the application and press the “Start” button to request assistance. Your current location, vehicle details including your membership information will automatically be transferred to Volvo Assistance. Within a few seconds, an Assistance Coordinator will contact you, already knowing who you are, where you are as well as the model of your vehicle. Once a service vehicle is sent to your assistance, you can follow its progress on a map via the application.
The app also includes the following features that you will find useful in everyday life:
“Find my car” if you forgot where you parked your car in a large car park, the “Find My Car” feature enables you to pinpoint your vehicle’s location and ensure you don’t waste time searching for your car ever again.
“Service center” This function helps you to locate the authorized Volvo Car dealers. Along with a map, you will be informed of opening hours and contact details.
“Traffic report” Helps you avoid traffic snarls and plan the easiest route to your destination.
“Point of interest” Provides information and directions to places in the surrounding area such as the nearest banks, hospitals, restaurant, department stores, and etc.
“Facebook” & “Website” This features allow you to get information on new products, sales campaigns, service campaigns and activities from Volvo Car Thailand.
